**Profile Introduction**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Contact potential clients through cold calling and warm leads.
- Promote and explain real estate services to potential customers.
- Generate and qualify leads to contribute to the overall sales pipeline.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of calls made and results achieved.
- Follow-up on leads to nurture and convert them into clients.
- Collaborate with the sales team to meet sales targets.
- Provide information about properties, pricing, and market trends.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve concerns effectively.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitors.

**Requirements**:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong persuasive and negotiation abilities.
- Familiarity with real estate terminology and practices.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Goal-oriented with a focus on achieving sales targets.
- Proficient in using CRM software and other communication tools.
- Ability to handle rejection and remain persistent.
- High level of self-motivation and discipline.
