**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct field visits to potential clients, communities, and local businesses to promote our matchmaking services.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients while ensuring excellent customer service.
- Identify and leverage marketing opportunities at local events, exhibitions, and community gatherings.
- Distribute promotional materials, including brochures and flyers, in targeted locations.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to execute campaigns and achieve sales targets.
- Gather client feedback and provide valuable insights to improve marketing strategies.
- Maintain records of field activities, leads, and conversions.

**Required Qualifications & Skills**:

- **Experience**: 6 months to 2 years in field marketing or sales (preferably in a service-based industry).
- **Education**: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (preferred).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet performance targets.
- Good knowledge of the Kanpur market and local demographics.
- Energetic, outgoing, and goal-oriented personality.
- Basic understanding of digital marketing is an added advantage.
