Role Overview:We are looking for an experienced **Online Sales & Marketplace Growth Manager** who can drive **revenue growth**across marketplaces and D2C channels. This is a **sales-focused role** where your goal will be to **increase product visibility, conversions, and revenue** through digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

- Drive sales across **Amazon, Flipkart, blinkit, Jiomart**:

- Plan and execute **campaigns and promotions** to boost sales and ROI.
- Manage and optimize **product listings**, keywords, and descriptions for better visibility and conversions.
- Monitor and improve **sales performance metrics** (GMV, CAC, ROAS, CTR, Conversion Rate, etc.).
- Handle pricing, inventory sync, returns, and order fulfillment processes on platforms.
- Build and maintain **relationships with marketplace account managers** to get visibility and push for features.
- Work with the creative and content team to ensure the right messaging and creatives for each platform.
- Stay up to date with new tools, trends, and platform algorithm changes.

What We're Looking For:2-4 years of experience in **online sales / marketplace / e-commerce management**.
- 2-4 years of experience in **online sales / marketplace / e-commerce management**.
- Proven track record of **hitting sales targets** on platforms like Amazon, Flipkart, or others.
- Strong understanding of **product positioning, digital promotions, and sales funnels**.
- Analytical mindset with comfort using **Excel, Google Sheets, analytics dashboards, etc.**:

- Experience in D2C/FMCG/CPG industry is a strong plus.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

**Education**:

- Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (preferred)

**Experience**:

- marketing : 2 years (preferred)

**Language**:

- English (preferred)
