Performance Marketer – D2C Fashion

About the Role
We are seeking a Performance Marketer with deep expertise in scaling D2C fashion brands through Facebook/Instagram ads and Google Ads. You should be comfortable managing budgets of ₹1L+ per month and have proven results in driving high-ROI campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
● Plan, execute, and optimize paid media campaigns on Meta (FB/Instagram) and Google Ads
● Develop and test creative ad strategies for maximum conversions and ROI
● Continuously monitor campaign performance and make data-driven optimizations
● Collaborate with the creative/content team to develop high-performing ad creatives
● Track CAC, ROAS, and other performance metrics to ensure profitability
● Stay updated on platform changes, ad policies, and emerging marketing trends
Requirements
● Minimum 2 years of hands-on paid ads experience for D2C brands (fashion preferred)
● Proven history of scaling campaigns with budgets of ₹1L+ per month
● Strong analytical and reporting skills
● Experience with retargeting, funnel strategies, and attribution models
Salary : As per Industry standards and depending on the last drawn
