Position Title/ Designation: Warranty Executive (commercial)
Function: Settlement of service claims, raised by service dealers and tracking of warranty failed parts.

Job Location: Pune
Brief Job Description:
1. Service claim settlement ( PAN India)
2. Invoice posting in SAP and issuance of Credit notes.
3. Remove errors in SAP
4. MIS release fornightly
Functional Deliverables (Minimum 3, In order of Priority):
1. Knowledg of commercials, GST & claim settlement
2. Computer Knowledge - SAP, Windows, MS office (Word, Advance excel etc)
3. Good in communication.
Competencies\Personality Traits: (Minimum 3, In order of Priority):
1. Decision Making & Teamwork.
2. Communication.
3. Commercial Awareness.
4. Responsibility.
Educational & Technical Qualifications (In order of Priority):
1. Commerce Graduate with Good computer knowledge & communication skill. or
2. Any Diploma holder with knowledge of commercials, computer knowledge & good communication skills.

Work Experience & Industry Preferred:
2 to 5 Years

**Job Type**: Contractual / Temporary
Contract length: 12 months

**Salary**: ₹18,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
