
Warranty Executive

**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Warranty Management**:
- Process and analyze warranty claims submitted by customers and service teams.
- Ensure accurate documentation and timely settlement of claims.
- Review warranty claims for validity and compliance with company policies.
- **Data Management**:
- Utilize SAP and other IT systems to log, track, and manage warranty claims.
- Generate and analyze reports on warranty claims for trends and performance metrics.
- **Coordination and Communication**:
- Collaborate with internal teams, including service, sales, and finance departments, to resolve warranty-related issues.
- Liaise with suppliers and vendors for claim approvals and settlements.
- **Process Improvement**:
- Identify gaps in the warranty process and propose enhancements.
- Stay updated on industry trends to improve claim settlement efficiency.
- **Customer Support**:
- Address customer queries related to warranty claims and provide timely resolutions.
- Ensure a customer-centric approach to enhance satisfaction and trust.
**Qualifications and Skills**:
- **Educational Qualification**: Diploma in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering (minimum).
- **Experience: 2 to 5 years**:
- Proven experience in warranty claim processing and settlement.
- Hands-on experience with SAP and IT systems.
- **Skills**:
- Strong understanding of warranty policies and claim settlement processes.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze data and generate actionable insights.
- Attention to detail and organizational skills.
