Quality engineer for Onsite quality inspection

**Overview**:

- Service Provider should support to Monitor the receipt of required materials in SAP stock.
- Service Provider to re-verify the sale order details/ fields such as agreed delivery dates, quantity and billing values, INCO terms etc. then Issue Delivery Note (DN) within 2hrs.
- Service Provider should Coordinate with stores for picking materials with 2hrs after issue of DN.
- Service Provider should support Cross verify the physical materials with respect to customer PO/ customer requirement and clear for packing within 1hr. of material issue.
- Service Provider should support to Ensure that the materials are packed safely to prevent from any Transportation damages.
- Service Provider should support to Ensuring the dispatch particulars such as invoice copy, LR number packing list and product photos are sent to customer on same day of materials dispatch.
- Service Provider should support to Track the materials and ensure materials reached to customer site safely and GRN cleared in customer Stores and user receives materials..
- Service Provider should support to Sort out any material / documentary issues raised by customer / FES (if any).
- Service Provider should support for DN processing for warranty materials dispatch.
- ⁠Service Provider should support for Sharing warranty material dispatch details to customer within 24hrs after material dispatch.

**Qualification**:
Diploma / BE Mechanical/Electrical with minimum experience of 2 years in Warehouse.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Temporary
Contract length: 48 months

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
