**Job Title**: Warehouse Executive
**Department**: Operations / Supply Chain
**Location**: Turbhe
**Reports To**: Warehouse Manager / Operations Head
**Job Summary**
The Warehouse Executive will be responsible for managing day-to-day warehouse operations, including inventory control, material handling, dispatch, and ensuring proper documentation. The role requires attention to detail, time management, and adherence to safety and quality standards.
**Key Responsibilities**
- **Inventory Management**:
- Maintain accurate stock records and conduct regular stock audits.
- Update inventory in ERP/warehouse management system.
- Monitor stock levels and coordinate with the purchase team for replenishment.
- **Receiving & Dispatch**:
- Oversee the unloading and receiving of goods.
- Check goods against purchase orders for accuracy and quality.
- Prepare and pack orders for dispatch as per delivery schedules.
- **Storage & Organization**:
- Ensure goods are stored safely and systematically for easy retrieval.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of warehouse space.
- **Documentation & Reporting**:
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly warehouse reports.
- Maintain records of inward/outward material, GRN, and delivery challans.
- **Coordination**:
- Liaise with transporters for timely dispatch.
- Coordinate with sales, procurement, and production teams for smooth operations.
- **Safety & Compliance**:
- Follow safety protocols and ensure proper handling of goods.
- Adhere to company policies and statutory requirements.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
