Key Responsibilities

  1. Material Handling: Oversee receiving and shipping of materials efficiently and accurately.

  2. Record Management: Maintain and update records for stock levels, inward & outward documents, and ensure data accuracy.

  3. Documentation: Generate invoices, Goods Receipt Notes (GRN), and Credit/Debit Notes as required.

  4. Inventory Management: Manage and optimize inventory levels, ensuring proper stock control and rotation.

  5. Coordination: Coordinate with the marketing team and courier personnel to ensure timely deliveries and dispatches.

  6. Compliance: Generate E-way bills in compliance with statutory requirements.

  7. Reporting: Prepare and maintain MIS reports for inventory and warehouse operations.

  8. Team Supervision: Lead and manage warehouse staff, ensuring tasks are completed on time and standards are maintained.

  9. Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to enhance efficiency in warehouse operations and implement best practices.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 5–10 years of experience in inventory and warehouse management.
  • Proficiency in ERP software and MS Office. Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics Navision 2016 will be added advantage
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30, ₹35,000.00 per month
