Location : Bavdhan - Pune

About the Role:

We are seeking an Operations & Warehouse Manager to oversee end-to-end supply chain, inventory, and logistics functions. This role ensures smooth warehouse operations, timely order fulfillment, and process efficiency to support business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

1) Manage day-to-day warehouse operations, inventory control, and dispatch.

2) Oversee supply chain, vendor coordination, and logistics.

3) Implement process improvements for efficiency and cost control.

4) Ensure timely and accurate order fulfilment.

5) Lead and train warehouse staff.

6) Monitor stock levels and prepare reports for management.

Requirements:

1) Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Operations, or related field.

2) Proven 1 year experience in warehouse/operations management.

3) Strong leadership, problem-solving, and organisational skills.

4) Knowledge of inventory management systems/tools.
