About the Role: B2B Sales Executive / Manager
As a B2B Sales Executive/Manager you will be responsible for
identifying, developing, and managing key business clients. Your primary objective is to
establish and grow partnerships with real estate developers, architects, hotels, and other
institutional buyers, offering them tailored kitchen solutions that align with their business
objectives. This role involves strategic prospecting, deal negotiation, and achieving revenue
targets while ensuring outstanding customer service.
Functional Parameters
- B2B Client Acquisition:
Target: Target: Acquire at least 5 new B2B clients per quarter by targeting real estate,
hospitality, and institutional verticals.
- Project-Based Sales Handling:
Target: Target: Successfully manage kitchen solution sales in turnkey and custom
projects with timelines and delivery milestones met 95% of the time.
- Collaboration with Design & Installation Teams:
Target: Target: Ensure seamless coordination with internal teams for project
customization, delivery, and client satisfaction.
- Market Research & Competitor Analysis:
Target: Target: Conduct quarterly competitive analysis to guide strategic positioning
and pricing models.
- Customer Feedback & Relationship Building:
Target: Target: Conduct post-installation client feedback reviews, ensuring a
satisfaction score of 90%+ on service and delivery.
Fundamental Parameters:
- Experience: Minimum 4-7 years of B2B sales experience in high-value product sectors
like home interiors, real estate, or modular furniture.
- Qualification: Graduate/Post Graduate in Sales, Business Administration, Marketing, or
related field.
- Location: As per company requirement (Specify location if applicable).
- Compensation: Competitive and incentive-driven, aligned with industry standards.
