**Key Responsibilities**:
**1. Sales & Business Development**:

- Identify, prospect, and acquire customersfor businessloans and personal loans.
- Develop and maintain a robustsales pipeline to meet and exceed sales targets.

**2. Client Relationship Management**:

- Understand clientrequirements and provide tailored loan solutions.
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.

**3. Market Research & Lead Generation**:

- Conduct market analysisto identify new business opportunities.
- Generate leadsthrough cold calling, networking, and partnerships.

**4. Loan Application Assistance**:

- Ensure accurate and complete documentation for loan processing.

**5. Collaboration with Teams**:

- Work closely with the credit and operations teams to ensure smooth processing of loans.
- Provide feedback to improve the lending process and customer experience.

**6. Compliance & Reporting**:

- Adhere to company policies, regulatory norms, and ethical standards.
- Maintain accurate records ofsales activities and customer interactions.

**Key Skills & Competencies**:

- Proven experience in sales of businessloans/personal loans.
- Strong understanding of loan products and financial terminologies.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Target-oriented mindset with a proactive approach to achieving goals.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.
- Knowledge of credit evaluation and loan documentation.

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹420,000.00 per year
