Regular follow ups with clients, aiding them in completing visa and passport forms while ensuring adherence to deadlines.

Coordination with branches, including counselors to ensure a smooth experience for clients

**Lead Management**:
Calling potential leads, regular follow ups and maintaining communication on an ongoing basis for conversion

**Interview Preparation**:
Provide students with comprehensive training for embassy interviews, ensuring they are well-prepared and confident

**Comprehensive Visa Guidance**:

**Qualifications**

Bachelor's Degree in Commerce/Communication/English Literature from a reputable university

Proficiency in written and spoken English

Excellent problem-solving and customer service skills

Familiarity with computers and the Internet is a must

Passion to learn and grow

Responsible and motivated to give your best

Team skills and strong relationship building skills

Ability to accomplish results
