Position Overview:
Key Responsibilities:

- Counseling and Guidance:
Provide one-on-one counseling to students and clients regarding study options and work permit visa requirements for various countries.

Assist students in selecting suitable programs and institutions that align with their academic and career goals.

Counsel Clients and support them throughout their visa process.
- Visa Application Support:

- Stay updated on immigration laws and regulations relevant to student visas for various countries.
- Documentation Review:

- Communication and Coordination:

- Training and Workshops:
Conduct workshops and informational sessions on visa processes and study abroad opportunities.

Provide training and support to junior counselors on visa regulations and best practices.
- Record Keeping:

- Prepare reports on visa success rates and areas for improvement.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., International Relations, Education, Business Administration).
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in visa counseling or related fields.
- Strong understanding of immigration laws and student visa processes for key study destinations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
