Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Manager, Visitor Visa Dept located in Ahmedabad. The candidate will be responsible for leading the Visitor Visa team that is involved in visitor visa client handling and visa application preparation. Day-to-day tasks include reporting of team, taking care of technical aspects and guiding the team. Meeting clients and understand their profile and counsel them to enhance their chances of visa approval. The person must had hands on experience of visitor visa applications of various countries. process.

Qualifications

  • Experience of at least 5 years with visitor visa applications
  • Skills in Visitor visa counselling and rules of various countries
  • Strong Communication and Interpersonal Communication skills
  • Knowledge of Visas and Visa Application processes
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Education, International Relations, or related field
  • Ability to work independently and as a manager
  • Commitment to providing exceptional customer service
