Job Summary:

The Visa File Processing Executive will assist the migration team in managing and preparing visa applications for clients. This role requires strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach to ensuring all documentation and procedures meet immigration requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Migration Agent in preparing and organizing client visa files.
  • Collect, verify, and compile all necessary documentation for visa applications.
  • Coordinate with clients to gather missing information and clarify requirements.
  • Ensure all applications are completed accurately and submitted on time.
  • Maintain and update client records in internal systems.
  • Stay informed about current visa regulations and immigration procedures.
  • Provide administrative and clerical support to the migration team as needed.

Education & Qualification:

  • Minimum education required: Bachelor's degree in any field.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
  • Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, Google Workspace, CRM tools).

Preferred:

  • Previous experience in visa processing, immigration, or customer service roles.
  • Knowledge of Australian visa systems will be an advantage.
