**Key Responsibilities**:
⁠ ⁠**Office Administration**:Handle administrative tasks including organizing office supplies, scheduling appointments, and managing correspondence.

**⁠ ⁠Sales Support**: Assist in sales activities by maintaining customer databases, preparing sales reports, and following up on leads.

**⁠ ⁠Event Coordination**:Plan and coordinate company events, meetings, and conferences as needed.

**⁠ ⁠Social Media Proficiency**:Utilize social media platforms to promote services, engage with clients, and maintain an active online presence.

**⁠ ⁠Problem Solving**: Employ excellent problem-solving skills to troubleshoot and address any issues effectively.

⁠ ⁠**Communication**:Maintain clear and open communication channels with team members and stakeholders to ensure a collaborative and productive work environment.

**Qualifications**:
**⁠ ⁠Experience**: Previous experience in office administration, sales, and visa counseling roles is required.

⁠ ⁠**Sales Skills**:Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage customers and support sales efforts.

**⁠ ⁠Organizational Skills**: Excellent organizational abilities and attention to detail.

⁠ ⁠**Communication Skills**:Clear and professional communication skills, both verbal and written.

⁠ ⁠**Tech Proficiency**:Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and social media platforms.
