Job Title: Visa Counselor Location: Panchvati, Ahmedabad Salary: ₹20,000 per month Experience: Minimum 2 years in Sales or Counseling Qualification: Graduate (Any Stream) --- Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced and motivated Visa Counselor to join our team in Ahmedabad. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and client handling, with the ability to guide students or clients through the visa application process for study, travel, or immigration purposes.
--- Key Responsibilities: Counsel clients on visa requirements, processes, and documentation. Handle inquiries and provide accurate information about visa applications and study abroad opportunities. Convert leads into successful visa applications through effective communication and follow-ups. Maintain client records and track application progress in the system. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth processing of applications. Stay updated on the latest visa rules, embassy requirements, and country-specific policies. Achieve monthly sales and conversion targets.
--- Required Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong sales and negotiation abilities Good knowledge of visa procedures (Student/Visitor/PR) Client relationship management Attention to detail and organizational skills Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software Fluency in English, Hindi, and Gujarati (preferred) --- Key Attributes: Positive and persuasive personality Goal-oriented and self-motivated Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines Professional and ethical approach toward clients
