Chheda’s is a leading FMCG company dedicated to delivering high-quality products to our consumers.Chheda’s is currently seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Sales Coordinator with prior fmcg background to join our team. The Sales Coordinator will be instrumental in supporting our sales team and their operations, ensuring seamless coordination between different stakeholders ensuring strong sales follow up.

**Responsibilities**:
1. Order Management:

- Coordinate with distributors and super stockists to ensure timely order processing and delivery.
- Monitor order fulfilment and address any discrepancies or delays promptly.
- Maintain accurate records of orders and update the database accordingly.

2. Territory Management:

- Manage and oversee sales activities within the assigned territory.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with distributors and retailers.
- Identify opportunities for expansion and growth within the territory.

3. Sales Team Management & Support:

- Follow-up with sales team by tracking their daily sales and executing effective sale strategies
- Provide support to the sales team by facilitating communication and resolving inquiries.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to implement promotional activities and campaigns.

4. Reporting and Analysis:

- Generate daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports to track performance metrics.
- Analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
- Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations for management review.

5. Inventory Management:

- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the warehouse team to ensure adequate stock availability.
- Anticipate demand fluctuations and initiate replenishment orders as needed.
- Implement inventory control measures to minimize losses and maximize efficiency.

6. Customer Relationship Management (CRM):

- Utilize CRM software to maintain accurate customer records and track interactions.
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve complaints in a timely and professional manner.
- Proactively engage with customers to build rapport and foster long-term relationships.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹27,000.00 per month
