**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Market Research & Analysis**:

- Conduct market research to identify customer needs, preferences, and trends in the two-wheeler industry.
- Analyze competitor activities and market conditions to develop effective marketing strategies.
- **Marketing Strategy Development**:

- Develop and implement marketing campaigns to promote two-wheeler products.
- Collaborate with the sales team to design promotions, discounts, and other customer engagement activities.
- **Brand Management**:

- Ensure consistent brand messaging and identity across all marketing channels.
- Plan and execute brand activation events and sponsorships.
- **Customer Relationship Management**:

- Build and maintain relationships with customers, dealerships, and partners to enhance brand loyalty.
- Gather customer feedback to improve product offerings and marketing strategies.
- **Sales Support**:

- Work closely with the sales team to develop promotional materials, product brochures, and sales presentations.
- Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and sales initiatives.
- **Event Planning & Execution**:

- Organize and manage events such as product launches, roadshows, and exhibitions to showcase two-wheeler models.
- Coordinate with vendors, agencies, and internal teams to ensure successful event execution.
- **Budget Management**:

- Manage the marketing budget for the two-wheeler segment.
- Monitor and optimize spending to ensure cost-effective marketing strategies.
- **Reporting & Analytics**:

- Track and analyze marketing metrics and KPIs to measure campaign success.
- Prepare regular reports on marketing activities and outcomes for management review.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in marketing, preferably in the automobile or two-wheeler industry.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media platforms, and content marketing.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
- Proficiency in MS Office and marketing software (e.g., CRM, analytics tools).
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
