Administrative Assistant
The Administrative Assistant provides a full range of administrative support.
Responsibilities included but not limited to for this position:
- Maintain office operations and procedures, requisition office supplies, and manage office inventory
- Arrange, manage, drivers schedule and all routine vehicle maintenance
- Coordinate, manage and oversee housing repairs, utility bill processing, and move in/out activities.
- Update monthly reports accurately and in a timely manner
**Requirements**:
- 2-3 years’ experience in similar position
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Outlook
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision
- Ability to take initiative and motivate others in the team
- Strong sense of urgency and ability to be timely in performing tasks
Physical Demands:
To perform the duties of this job, the employee must:
- Must have the ability to work in both office and field settings
- Have the ability to lift, carry and/or move up to 25 lbs. of weight
- Possess a high degree of concentration necessary to work in a busy office environment with multiple tasks
**Salary**: ₹40,000.00 per month
