**JOB DESCRIPTION**
- Provide exceptional service to every customer
- Assist customers to find the products that meet their needs by recommending them the right product
- Ensure proper presentation of products on shelves and organize floor area
- Informing clients regarding product prices and if there are any special offers available
- Monitoring the stock level
- Driving sales through the engagement of customers, suggestive selling & sharing of product knowledge
- To establish sales opportunities through networking & building relationships.
- Extensive area mapping, cold calling & prospecting
- Build a corporate database and be responsible for lead generation and deal closure with the necessary documentation.
- Identify potential opportunities to accelerate the corporate sales revenue.
- Visit clients or arrange meetings to discuss DecorTwist product
- Deliver sales pitches and presentations to clients, highlighting the benefits of DecorTwist product to influence purchase
- Achieve sales target throughs through the acquisition of new clients and growing business from existing clients.
- Identify improvements or new requirements by remaining updated on industry trends, competitor activities & offerings

**ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA**
- Bachelors/Masters degree in Marketing field
- Strong negotiation skills.
- Previous experience in corporate gifting/promotional gifting/stationery/gifting/online gifting portals/event management/corporate training sectors will be preferred
- An ability to speak fluent English is needed
- Strength in problem solving, issue-resolution, ability to work in a deadline-driven work environment, attention to detail, and ability to multitask.

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

- Evening shift
- Morning shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Noida, Uttar Pradesh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
