Job Title: Gift Hamper Curator & Production Manager

About the Role

We are looking for a creative yet detail-oriented professional to join our team as a
Gift Hamper Curator & Production Manager
. This unique role requires a balance of
aesthetic curation skills
and
hands-on production management expertise
. You will be responsible for conceptualising innovative hamper ideas, sourcing products, and ensuring seamless execution of hamper production from start to delivery.

Key Responsibilities

Hamper Curation

• Research, source, and curate unique products for gift hampers based on themes, client requirements, and budgets.
• Develop creative hamper concepts aligned with seasonal trends, festive occasions, and corporate branding.
• Maintain a database of premium vendors, suppliers, and product categories.
• Ensure each hamper reflects the right balance of aesthetics, utility, and quality.

Production & Operations Management

• Oversee the end-to-end hamper production process including packaging, assembly, and quality control.
• Manage vendor relationships, procurement, and negotiation for cost efficiency.
• Coordinate with internal teams for branding, customization, and client approvals.
• Plan and monitor production timelines to ensure on-time deliveries, even during high-volume festive seasons.
• Supervise production staff and ensure adherence to company quality standards.
• Track inventory, manage budgets, and optimize resource utilization.

Requirements

• Prior experience in
  corporate gifting, event production, merchandising, or luxury retail
  .
• Strong eye for detail, creativity, and an understanding of market trends.
• Excellent project management and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in vendor coordination, procurement, and cost management.
• Ability to multitask and handle large-scale orders under tight deadlines.
• Strong communication and team management skills.

• Knowledge of premium packaging and branding solutions.
• Experience in logistics & supply chain coordination.
• Familiarity with festive and corporate gifting trends.
• Leadership experience in managing production teams.
