**Role Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities:1. Storytelling & Content Creation**:

- Craft engaging, compelling, and emotional narratives around kitty parties, women’s empowerment, and community engagement.
- Use creative storytelling techniques to establish a strong brand presence.
- Develop scripts for reels, videos, and live sessions.

**2. Social Media Strategy & Management**:

- Develop and execute a **comprehensive social media calendar** aligned with Indian festivals, trends, and Book My Kitty events.
- Manage all social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, Twitter, and WhatsApp Communities).
- Plan and implement viral marketing strategies to enhance audience engagement and community building.
- Run contests, giveaways, and engagement campaigns to increase brand visibility.
- Collaborate with influencers, bloggers, and community leaders to create brand awareness.

**3. Visual & Video Content Management**:

- Work closely with designers and videographers to create **visually stunning posts, reels, and videos**.
- Brainstorm innovative content ideas such as **behind-the-scenes, customer testimonials, and interactive live sessions**.
- Ensure high-quality storytelling in all videos, maintaining brand consistency.

**4. Engagement & Community Building**:

- Actively interact with followers, respond to comments and messages, and manage brand reputation.
- Build and nurture an engaging online community through meaningful conversations and trending topics.
- Organize and manage **online & offline events, live Q&A sessions, and influencer collaborations**.

**5. Analytics & Performance Tracking**:

- Analyze social media insights, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and optimize strategies accordingly.
- Create monthly reports on engagement, reach, and ROI to improve marketing efforts.
- Stay updated on the latest social media trends, tools, and algorithms.

**Key Requirements**:

- **3+ years of experience** in **storytelling, social media management, content creation, or digital marketing**.
- Strong knowledge of major social media platforms and their algorithms.
- Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling skills.
- Experience in **video scriptwriting and conceptualizing engaging social media campaigns**.
- Hands-on experience with **content scheduling tools (e.g., Buffer, Hootsuite, Meta Business Suite)**.
- Ability to **generate viral and trending content** for maximum engagement.
- Knowledge of SEO, social media analytics, and influencer marketing strategies.
- **Basic knowledge of video editing and graphic design** tools (Canva, CapCut, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, etc.) is a plus.
- Passion for women’s communities, event management, and lifestyle branding.
