Responsibilities:

- Utilize various channels such as job boards, social media, referrals, and networking events to attract top IT talent.
- Keep abreast of industry trends, market intelligence, and emerging technologies to inform recruitment strategies and recommendations.
- Collaborate with HR colleagues to ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies throughout the recruitment process.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in IT recruitment, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in utilizing applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools/software.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Proactive mindset, resourcefulness, and ability to work autonomously while also collaborating effectively within a team.
- Familiarity with UK/EU employment laws and regulations related to recruitment and selection processes

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹350,000.00 per year
