**Job description**
**To Transcribe**:
To transcribe speeches, meetings, and conferences correctly.
To Take and Transcribe Shorthand and Type:
Takes dictation in shorthand and thereafter transcribes it.
To type without any mistake the necessary letters, notices, and other materials.
**To Keep Record**:
Records important papers and files.
Organizing and maintaining records for easy access and retrieval.
**Assisting the Senior Officers**:
Undertaking various levels of clerical support activities for the top officers and senior executives.
Organizing meetings, and appointments, and maintaining schedules.
**Communication**:
Managing incoming calls and directing them appropriately
Distributing and redirecting mails.
**Admin Support Services**:
Organizing and scheduling official events, conferences, and important meetings.
Other administrative work is assigned by the department from time to time.
**Confidentiality**:
- Exercising confidentiality for sensitive information at all times.
- Handling classified documents with care and.
- Proficient in the proper use of English and grammar.
- Basic computer and office software operating skills.
- A keen sense of detail and accuracy with transcriptions.
- Good organizational and time-management skills.
- Capacity to exercise multi-tasking and work under pressure.
- Discretion and understanding of confidentiality protocols.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
