**Designation** :Hospital Infrastructure Executive

**Key Responsibilities**:1. **Maintenance & Technical Operations**:

- Perform routine inspections, preventive, and corrective maintenance of hospital equipment and facilities (e.g., HVAC, plumbing, electrical systems).
- Ensure optimal functioning of medical gas pipelines, water systems, and other critical hospital utilities.
- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for repair and maintenance tasks.
- Manage AMC (Annual Maintenance Contracts) and warranties for medical and technical equipment.

2. **Safety Management**:

- Implement and monitor safety protocols as per NABH standards and fire safety norms.
- Conduct safety drills and ensure compliance with occupational health and safety (OHS) policies.
- Regularly inspect fire safety equipment (extinguishers, sprinklers, alarms) and ensure emergency exits are clear.

3. **Energy and Utility Management**:

- Monitor and manage energy consumption (electricity, water, diesel for generators) to ensure optimal use.
- Maintain records of utility consumption and prepare reports for management.
- Ensure proper functioning of backup generators and UPS systems during power outages.

4. **Documentation and Compliance**:

- Maintain logs and records for all maintenance activities, service reports, and inspections.
- Ensure compliance with hospital policies and local government regulations regarding technical operations and safety.
- Prepare documentation required for NABH/JCI accreditation audits.

5. **Team Coordination and Support**:

- Work closely with the Biomedical, Housekeeping, and other departments to address maintenance needs.
- Supervise on-site technicians and coordinate with external contractors.
- Provide technical support during installations and commissioning of new equipment.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
