**Job Summary**:
The Maintenance Executive is responsible for ensuring that all hospital facilities and equipment are well-maintained and fully operational. This role involves carrying out preventive and corrective maintenance tasks, troubleshooting equipment malfunctions, and ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Preventive Maintenance**:

- Conduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance on hospital equipment, HVAC systems, electrical systems, plumbing, and other infrastructure to ensure optimal functioning.
- **Corrective Maintenance**:

- Address breakdowns and malfunctions promptly by diagnosing issues and performing necessary repairs or coordinating with external vendors as needed.
- **Equipment Management**:

- Maintain and update inventory records for all hospital equipment and spare parts. Ensure timely calibration and servicing of critical medical equipment.
- **Safety Compliance**:

- Ensure all maintenance activities comply with hospital safety policies, local building codes, and regulatory standards. Participate in safety drills and inspections.
- **Documentation**:

- Keep accurate records of all maintenance activities, including work orders, equipment maintenance logs, and reports. Prepare maintenance schedules and ensure timely completion of tasks.
- **Vendor Management**:

- Coordinate with external service providers for specialized repairs, maintenance contracts, and procurement of parts and equipment. Monitor vendor performance and ensure adherence to service agreements.
- **Emergency Response**:

- Respond promptly to emergency maintenance requests and provide solutions to minimize disruptions in hospital operations. Participate in the hospital's emergency preparedness plan.
- **Cost Control**:

- Monitor and control maintenance expenses by ensuring efficient use of resources and materials. Assist in budgeting and forecasting for maintenance operations.
- **Team Collaboration**:

- Work closely with other departments, including Nursing, Radiology, and Facility, to address maintenance needs and ensure a safe and functional environment for patients and staff.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**:

- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- **Experience**:

- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in maintenance management, preferably in a healthcare setting.
- **Skills**:

- Strong technical skills in electrical, mechanical, and plumbing systems.
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
- Knowledge of hospital equipment and facilities management.
- Familiarity with safety and regulatory standards in healthcare.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Pay: ₹10,784.29 - ₹50,074.71 per month
