**Job Description: Direct Sales Executive**

We’re on the lookout for a Direct Sales Executive who can bring energy, confidence, and creativity to our on-field campaigns. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys meeting new people, thrives in face-to face interactions, and wants to play a direct role in building our brand presence.

As a Direct Sales Executive, you’ll be the face of our company in the market — engaging with customers, creating awareness, and generating leads that drive growth.

**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- Engaging with potential customers directly through on-field marketing campaigns
- Creating brand awareness and building strong connections with the target audience
- Distributing marketing material, conducting promotional activities, and representing the brand in public spaces/events
- Collecting feedback and generating quality leads for the sales team
- Supporting the marketing team in driving growth and visibility

**What we need**:

- 1-3 years of experience
- Open to on-field marketing and direct customer interaction
- A proactive, confident, and energetic personality
- Immediate joiners preferred

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
