**Job Title: Tele Caller**
**Location**: Gurgaon Sector 49,Sohna Road

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Outbound Calls**:
- Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote products and services.
- Follow up on leads generated from marketing campaigns and other sources.
- **Customer Engagement**:
- Provide detailed information about products and services.
- Answer questions and address customer concerns.
- Build rapport with customers and maintain positive customer relationships.
- **Sales and Lead Generation**:
- Identify and qualify sales opportunities.
- Generate leads and set up appointments for the sales team.
- Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- **Data Management**:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all calls and customer interactions in the CRM system.
- Update customer information and manage databases effectively.
- **Feedback and Reporting**:
- Collect feedback from customers and share it with the team to improve products and services.
- Prepare and submit daily/weekly reports on call activities and outcomes.
- **Compliance and Quality**:
- Adhere to company policies and procedures.
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
**Qualifications**:
- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in marketing, business, or a related field is a plus.
- Proven experience as a tele caller, telemarketer, or similar sales/customer service role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle rejection and stress in soliciting customers.
- Strong persuasive and negotiation skills.
- Good time management and organizational skills.
**Preferred Skills**:
- Experience in the [specific industry, e.g., telecommunications, insurance, etc.] sector.
- Multilingual abilities.
- Familiarity with sales techniques and strategies.

Pay: ₹8,238.65 - ₹20,000.00 per month
