We are looking for an “A-player” Setter / Closer to help our Sales Team selling private mortgages. Fully remote, USA/Canada time zone.

This is a role of outbound salesperson. You would be doing outbound calls.
- **#1**:You’d be making outbound calls with realtors and explaining our lending products and close deals
- **#2**:You’d be making outbound calls with investors or home buyers and setting yourself the calls to close.

**Expected monthly earnings 18,000 - $200,000 rupees per month**

**Qualifications**:

- Top level English speaker, 100% fluent
- Preferred sales experience
- Very persistent as a person, the type of person who doesn’t give up easily
- High emotional intelligence. Able to connect with almost any person.
- Natural talent for sales
- Ambitious attitude always striving for growth
- “Natural” at selling and connecting with people
- Growth mindset. Willing to be coached and grow as a rep
- Available in US time zones (7 days per week)

**WARNING**: If you need to be held accountable and often told what to do, this is NOT for you. We are looking for someone smart and independent who will bring value to the team instead of needing to be micromanaged.

- Cold calling prospects
- Assessing whether they are qualified or not
- Submitting daily reports
