Key Responsibilities- Make outbound calls to potential clients in the US healthcare market. - Explain company services clearly and confidently to prospects. - Generate leads and schedule appointments for the sales team. - Maintain call logs and update CRM regularly. - Meet daily/weekly call and lead targets. - Follow up on warm leads and ensure strong client communication.Requirements- 1–3 years of experience in outbound calling, telemarketing, or lead generation (US process preferred). - Strong spoken English with a neutral or US accent. - Familiarity with healthcare / medical billing domain is a plus. - Ability to handle objections and communicate professionally. - Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and organised.Preferred Qualifications- Prior experience working in a medical billing or healthcare BPO environment. - Experience working with US-based clients or leads.About EZ Settle SolutionsEZ Settle Solutions is a fast-growing Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) company dedicated to simplifying billing and maximizing revenue for healthcare providers across the United States.
