**Job Description: Real estate channel sales / corporate sales**
Identify and establish partnerships with channel partners, including real estate agencies, brokers, and property management firms.
Collaborate with channel partners to generate leads, qualify prospects, and convert them into sales.
Provide product knowledge and training to channel partners to ensure they are equipped to effectively market and sell real estate properties.
Conduct regular meetings, presentations, and negotiations with channel partners to strengthen relationships and drive sales growth.
Guide Channel Partners and their client about the project and convert the lead to sales
Profile includes sourcing and closing both.
Channel partner invoicing.
**Qualification and Skills**:
MBA Marketing Preferred
Strong knowledge of the real estate market, including property types and pricing.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with channel partners
Strong negotiations and closing skills
**Work Experience: 7 to 8 Years**
**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent
**Salary**: ₹650,000.00 - ₹750,000.00 per year
