Job Description - Establishes productive, professional relationships with assigned leads for Partner On-boarding. - Meets assigned targets for profitable sales volume and strategic objectives in assigned partner leads. - Proactively assesses, clarifies, and validates partner needs on an ongoing basis - Responsible for converting leads into successful on-boarding of Channel Partner into the system. - End to end on-boarding of channel Partners from initial conversation to agreement signing. - Proficient in communication, Relationship Building & Negotiations. Preferred Skill Sets: - Experience in full sales cycle including deal closing Demonstrated sales success - Strong negotiation skills and Strong communication and presentation skills - CRM experience is preferred - Being interested in mentoring students, knack for sales and positioning an idea Prerequisite for applying for the position: - Are available for full-time in-office employment (Office Location - Andheri, Mumbai) - Can work from the office and Can join immediately - Comfortable with Bring Your Own Device Policy Rewards: - Entrepreneurial Exposure - Become a part of an elite group of innovators - ESOP opportunity based on Interview interaction - Grow up to 10X in 3 years
