We are seeking a proactive and driven Business Development Executive to expand our reach and enhance our growth. This role is perfect for individuals with 1-2 years of experience in sales or marketing, who are eager to contribute to the success of a dynamic content writing agency.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Actively engage in direct outreach to prospect and initiate conversations with potential leads, effectively understanding their needs and requirements.
- Foster enduring relationships with clients through personalised communication and consistent follow-up, leveraging insights gained from cold calls.
- Customize solutions to address the unique needs and objectives of prospective clients, showcasing a comprehensive understanding of their challenges.
- Strategically schedule and coordinate outreach efforts, arranging discussions and appointments between potential clients and account managers.
- Ensure seamless collaboration between the sales and account management teams, facilitating a unified approach to client engagement.
- Maintain detailed records of outbound lead interactions, including cold calls made and scheduled meetings, on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
- Provide regular reports on outbound sales activities, lead conversion rates, and meeting outcomes to management.
- Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities, utilising insights to refine cold calling and outreach strategies.
- Strive to exceed established sales targets by consistently generating qualified leads through proactive cold calling and outreach efforts.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in sales, business development, or related area.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with CRM software and MS Office.
- Ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines.
- Proficient in English, both written and verbal.
