The ideal candidate will be responsible for acquiring new clients, building long-term business relationships, and achieving sales targets. This role offers excellent growth opportunities along with attractive performance-based incentives. Key Responsibilities: Identify and approach potential clients to onboard them to the company’s services. Develop and implement effective client acquisition strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly targets. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients. Understand client needs and provide suitable business solutions. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding and client satisfaction. Track sales performance, prepare reports, and present results to management. Represent the company at networking events, meetings, and presentations to drive new business opportunities. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. 1– years of experience in sales, client acquisition, or business development (B2B/B2C). Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Self-motivated, target-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
