Job Summary:
We are looking for a proactive and analytical MBA fresher to join our team as a Client Acquisition Executive for Central and State Government projects. This role focuses on identifying project opportunities, assisting in bid processes, and supporting internal coordination to acquire and manage public sector clients. It offers a strong foundation in government business development and public procurement.

Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and identify upcoming government tenders, RFPs, and projects through official portals (e.g., GeM, CPP, eTender sites).
- Conduct background research on government departments, schemes, and sector-specific opportunities.
- Support the preparation and submission of proposals, EOIs, and bid documents in collaboration with technical and documentation teams.
- Maintain and update lead databases, CRM records, and status trackers for acquisition pipelines.
- Assist in ensuring compliance with eligibility criteria, registration, and documentation standards for government bidding.
- Stay updated with relevant government policies, schemes, and tendering trends.

Eligibility Criteria:
- Education: MBA (Marketing / Strategy / Public Policy / Business Development preferred)
- Experience: Freshers welcome. Internship or exposure to government/PSU sector bidding is a plus.
- Language: Proficiency in English and Hindi; knowledge of regional languages is advantageous.

- Understanding of Indian public procurement processes (preferred but not mandatory)
