About the Role:

We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Business Development Executive to drive partner acquisition and strengthen our marketplace presence. In this role, you will identify and onboard event organizers, entertainment venues, and experience providers while building strong, long-term partner relationships. You will play a key role in expanding our platform's offerings, achieving revenue targets, and supporting overall business growth through strategic outreach, market insights, and effective collaboration with internal teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Generation & Outreach
  • Identify and engage potential partners including event organizers, entertainment venues, activity providers, and experience curators
  • Build and maintain a robust pipeline through cold calls, referrals, and digital campaigns
  • Client Acquisition & Onboarding
  • Pitch the value of listing on our platform to prospective clients
  • Guide partners through onboarding, ensuring listings are optimized for visibility and engagement
  • Sales Strategy & Execution
  • Meet and exceed monthly acquisition and revenue targets
  • Collaborate with marketing to align promotional efforts with acquisition goals
  • Market Research & Insights
  • Monitor trends in entertainment, local events, and user preferences
  • Provide feedback to product and content teams to improve platform offerings
  • Relationship Management
  • Maintain long-term relationships with partners to encourage renewals and upsells
  • Resolve partner queries and coordinate with support teams for smooth operations

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in events, hospitality, digital media, or online platforms
  • Strong understanding of entertainment and activity-based businesses
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and digital outreach strategies
  • Self-driven, adaptable, and passionate about the entertainment ecosystem

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working with event organizers, venues, or experience providers
  • Knowledge of SEO, listing optimization, and user engagement strategies
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
