Job Title: Marketing Executive

About Us: Focus Factory Co-Works is a fast-growing coworking space dedicated to providing flexible and collaborative work environments for entrepreneurs, freelancers, and small businesses. We are looking for a proactive and independent Marketing Executive who will take ownership of various marketing tasks and drive initiatives to grow our brand presence and engage our community.

Role Overview:
As a Marketing Executive, you will work individually to manage and execute marketing strategies aimed at increasing brand awareness, generating leads, and supporting our growth initiatives. You will be expected to take initiative, work independently, and ensure the successful delivery of marketing projects from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities:
Social Media Strategy & Execution: Independently manage and grow our social media accounts (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, etc.), ensuring consistent engagement, content updates, and interaction with followers.

Lead Generation & Nurturing: Identify potential leads and develop campaigns to engage them, manage CRM tools, and move leads through the marketing funnel to conversion.

SEO & SEM: Independently manage SEO strategies to improve website visibility, monitor keyword rankings, and optimize content for better search engine performance.

Brand Awareness: Increase brand awareness through independent research on industry trends, competitors, and community events, and develop campaigns that resonate with potential members.

Event Promotion: Independently manage the marketing of events, workshops, and community activities within the coworking space to drive attendance and engagement.

Key Requirements:
Experience: 1+ year of experience in marketing, with a strong focus on digital marketing.

Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and execute projects without supervision.

Familiarity with tools like Google Analytics, Canva, Hootsuite, Mailchimp, and basic SEO tools.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail.

Strong creative thinking and problem-solving skills.

Proactive attitude with the ability to take initiative and drive marketing efforts on your own.
