**Job Title: Field Sales Executive - Real Estate**

**Overview**:
As a Field Sales Executive for our esteemed real estate company, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales and expanding our market presence. You will be responsible for promoting and selling our properties to prospective buyers through effective communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Your primary focus will be on generating leads, conducting property viewings, and closing deals to achieve sales targets.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Lead Generation**:Proactively identify and pursue new sales opportunities by networking, cold calling, and attending industry events.

**Client Relationship Management**: Build and maintain strong relationships with potential buyers, understanding their needs and preferences to provide tailored solutions.

**Property Presentation**: Showcase properties to clients through property viewings, ensuring thorough knowledge of each property's features, benefits, and market value.

**Negotiation**: Negotiate terms of sale, pricing, and closing details to ensure mutually beneficial agreements between buyers and sellers.

**Market Research**: Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to provide insights and recommendations for enhancing sales strategies.

**Documentation**: Assist clients with the completion of necessary paperwork, contracts, and agreements to facilitate smooth transaction processes.

**Sales Reporting**: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, including leads, appointments, and sales outcomes, using CRM software.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred.
- Proven experience in real estate sales or a similar field, with a successful track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent presentation skills with the ability to articulate property features and benefits effectively.
- Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel as needed.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and ability to work independently with mínimal supervision.
- Knowledge of local real estate market trends and regulations is an advantage.

**Salary**: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
