We are excited to add in an enthusiastic, result-driven Field Sales Executive at Meda Studio. As a Field Sales Executive, your core responsibility would be to identify potential clients, promoting products and services through in-person meetings, building a cordial relationship and providing efficient customer service to drive revenue growth.
**Responsibilities**:
- **Lead Generation and Prospecting**: Utilize sales and marketing techniques to identify and generate leads through various channels including networking, social media, and digital marketing.
- **Understanding Client Portfolio**:Thorough study of the prospect: website, social media, production, benefits and drawbacks of the brand before approaching to provide tailored solutions.
- **Scheduling Meeting**:Coordinating with clients and scheduling meetings.
- **Sales Pitch and Presentation**:Develop compelling sales pitch and presentations provided that effectively communicate the value proposition of the company's products and services. Tailor presentations to address the specific needs and challenges of potential clients.
- **Objection Handling**:Alleviate the concerns of the prospect with active listening, empathetic communication and critical thinking regarding the product, services, pricing, competitor and the market.
- **Maintaining Data**:Accurate documentation of data, maintaining the excel files, reports and presentations. Regular intimation of workings to the Manager.
- **Sales Strategy Development**: Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and business objectives. Identify key market segments, verticals, or niches for targeted sales efforts.
- **Client Relationship**:Constant follow ups with potential and converted clients for resolving queries and client satisfaction. Building Rapport with the clients for upselling and long term collaboration.
- **Cross-Functional Collaboration**: Collaborate with internal teams such as Social Media, Product Development, and Administration to ensure alignment between sales and marketing efforts and overall business objectives.
- **Performance Tracking and Reporting**:Monitor sales metrics, pipeline progress, and marketing ROI to measure the effectiveness of sales and marketing initiatives. Generate reports and provide insights to inform decision-making and strategy refinement.
**Qualifications and Skills**:
- High school, Diploma or equivalent, graduation in sales or marketing would be preferred.
- Proven experience in sales and marketing roles, preferably in a B2B environment.
- Freshers with enthusiasm to learn, persistent and positive attitude would also be appreciated.
- Zeal to drive from brands to brands, for being face of Meda Studio in the market and promoting products and services.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in sales techniques, and digital marketing tools.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Results-oriented with a track record of achieving field sales targets and driving business growth.
**Salary: (NEGOTIABLE)**
Salary totally depends on the skills, interview rounds and the years of experience.
