Responsibilities
- **Sales & Prospecting**:Identify and pursue new sales opportunities, generate leads through various methods, and actively seek new clients to drive revenue.
- **Client Engagement**:Conduct face-to-face meetings, give product presentations and demonstrations, and foster strong relationships with both potential and existing customers.
- **Negotiation & Closing**:Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients to close sales deals successfully.
- **Market Analysis**:Conduct market research to understand customer needs, monitor competitor activities, and stay updated on industry trends and promotional activities.
- **Reporting**:Prepare and submit detailed sales reports, track sales progress, and provide forecasts to management.
- **Collaboration**:Work with internal teams, including marketing and other sales departments, to coordinate efforts and meet sales targets.
- **Customer Service**:Address customer inquiries and complaints, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and supporting existing clients.

Skills & Qualifications
- **Communication & Interpersonal**:Excellent verbal and written communication, strong presentation, and public speaking skills are crucial for client interaction.
- **Sales Expertise**:Proven skills in sales prospecting, negotiation, and closing deals are essential.
- **Relationship Management**:The ability to build and maintain strong, lasting relationships with customers is a core requirement.
- **Organizational Skills**:Strong time management and organizational skills are necessary for managing a territory and multiple client interactions.
- **Self-Motivation**:As a target-driven role, self-motivation and a goal-oriented mindset are critical for success.
- **Technical Proficiency**:Familiarity with CRM software and other sales tools is often required.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
