**Job Overview**

We are seeking a motivated and dynamic **Field Sales Executive** to join our team in Jaipur. The role involves generating new business, building strong customer relationships, and promoting our wide range of granite products to potential clients.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Identify and visit potential customers such as builders, contractors, architects, interior designers, and retailers.
- Generate leads through field visits, networking, and cold calling.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat business.
- Present and explain granite product offerings to customers with confidence.
- Negotiate prices, close sales deals, and achieve monthly sales targets.
- Conduct regular follow-ups with clients to ensure satisfaction and timely payments.
- Stay updated with market trends, competitors, and new opportunities in the stone industry.
- Provide accurate sales reports to the management team.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 1-3 years of experience in field sales (experience in building materials, granite, marble, tiles, or construction industry preferred).
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Willingness to travel extensively within and around Gurugram.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Own two-wheeler preferred.
