TCT Team is a part of FCO Organisation, which is responsible for providing solutions on various next generation systems and other infrastructure tools and solutions across all organisations in FCO.

WHY IS THIS ROLE IMPORTANT?

Infrastructure tool owners are responsible for various activities in FCO associated with sourcing and tools enhancements. It is critical role to support and improve our existing tools and identify risks and capabilities of these tools. Owners are also responsible to carefully analyse and implement any new enhancements and support model to be added to these tools which are fit for purpose and analyse the cost benefit analysis. Carefully analyse the tools across organisation which can be utilised across different verticals and simplify the processes if possible. You will help them predict future and support these systems across FCO.

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Conduct extensive and independent research on tools, sourcing, and business requirements, including working with Content Managers and Data providers on source details and understand the implications of the same.
- Owning the strategy, design, requirements, features/enhancements for the tools and sourcing details across FCO.
- Consolidation of source usages across FCO, there by reducing the costs associated with it.
- Should be able to be finding, selecting, contracting, and managing one or more suppliers for the category on a global scale
- Innovation of new tools to support any sources which currently is not supported due to limitations.
- Should be able to creatively define a End to End Solution and understanding of a project management process.
- Identify the tools and source details which can be simplified and normalised using existing tools.
- Should be able to develop a comprehensive solution and develop a business case which will be marketable products and services.
- Should be able to work with third party vendors/risk team and derive a comprehensive budgeting activity.
- Ensure to maintain the quality with sourcing improvements and tool enhancements.
- Provide Innovative solution to resolve the unstructured sourcing issues if applicable.
- Work with UI/UX team to minimise and simplify the usability.
- Should be able to drive the scalability of all the tools across FCO along with the support of other teams
- Actively leads all phases of the project. Identifies, assesses, and manages risks to the success of the program

WHAT DO YOU NEED TO BRING?
- Existing BA’s, or Product Owners Subject Matter experts, Specialists with 3 + years’ experience.
- Problem solving, flexibility, and initiative.
- Proven ability to influence cross functional teams
- Work independently without significant guidance and instructions.
- Solution driven
- Attention to detail
- Should be able to work global teams
- In depth understanding of content functions and content knowledge.
- Fair understanding of market rules and market tools
- Has good understanding on latest technologies which are used for sourcing process.
- Ability to work using your own initiative
- Ability to challenge the status quo and offer solutions
- Basic Understanding of Python is a added advantage
