Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Acquisition Manager, located in Karnataka, India. The Acquisition Manager will be responsible for managing and executing site acquisitions, negotiating lease agreements, ensuring regulatory compliance, and collaborating with various stakeholders. The role involves market analysis, risk assessment, and maintaining relationships with property owners and local authorities to facilitate site acquisition processes.

Qualifications

  • Experience in site acquisition, negotiation, and lease management
  • Knowledge of regulatory compliance and legal frameworks related to telecom infrastructure
  • Strong analytical skills and market analysis capabilities
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills
  • Proven ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders, property owners, and local authorities
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or related field preferred
  • Experience in the telecom industry is a plus
