**Role**:Product Owner

**Location**:Bangalore, India

**Who are we looking for?**

We are looking for a Product Owner having experience of about 10-12 years for a Development Project in Bangalore.

**Technical Skills**:

- Good experience as product owner / business analyst preferably in eCommerce domain
- Drives business requirements, analyses requirements, reprioritizing and scoping them for Product Increments / Sprints, Develops and/or directs development of schedules
- Coordination between project team and business users on User Acceptance tests
- Responsible for creating of EPICS, user stories and grooming the stories
- Responsible for defining acceptance criteria and exit criteria for stories
- Responsible for clarifying team’s queries on business requirements and priorities
- Must be able to do scrum master role - scheduling ceremonies, driving scrum calls, coordination towards resolving impediments, capacity planning and tracking metrics (burndown, velocity etc.)
- Good experience working in agile methodologies - SCRUM / SAFE
- Collaborates with management and internal manufacturing and development partners to recommend and implement changes to product, processes, or business practices.
- Leads and/or provides expertise to functional project teams and may participate in cross-functional initiatives.
- Acts as an expert providing direction and guidance to process improvements and establishing policies.
- Frequently represents the organization to external customers/clients.

**Process Skills**:

- Agile Methodology:
o Strong understanding of sprint planning

o Participate in scrum meeting

o Prioritize the activities

o Coordinate with the offshore team
- Scrum master experience is must
- Project Management experience is preferred

**Behavioral Skills**:

- Result oriented team player
- Good in communication
- Quick in resolving impediments
- Interpersonal skills

**Qualification**:

- Bachelor of Engineering (Computer background preferred)
- Scrum master certification is preferred
