**As our Senior Product Owner, you’ll support success by**:
By confidently leading requirements gathering and delivery, you will be at the forefront of making changes that matter. As Product Owner, you will be available to help support the needs of the Agile team(s) and manage the day-to-day requirements for Agile projects including:

- Assess value and prioritize stories, epics, and themes to ensure work focuses on maximum value and alignment with product strategy
- Attend daily stand-ups, coordinate meetings and retrospectives, make timely decisions and provide required inputs on behalf of stakeholders
- Support the web roadmap by collaborating with the Product Manager, to ensure the challenges and opportunities you see daily are addressed meaningfully
- Lead planning activities, work with Business Owners and Stakeholders to maintain a groomed and prioritized backlog
- Work collaboratively with the UX team on designs and deliverables
- Work with other Product Owners to manage dependencies across teams and contribute to an effective community of practice
- Educate stakeholders in the agile process followed by the team and provide timely updates on progress to interested Stakeholders
- Maintain a close and effective relationship with the Scrum Leader and Team to ensure measurable delivery each sprint
- Ensure development team understands items in the backlog and gets clarity on items
- Prioritize activities according to user needs while taking into consideration IT constraints, relationships with external partners
- Continuously make improvements and fixes to the product to enhance the customer experience
- Inform and influence stakeholders of the initiative's progress and solution status, effectively sharing the product vision and complex situations
- Draft key objectives and results, strategies and the data for the product to make business decisions
- Avoid decision paralysis and make local decisions where necessary
- Be comfortable demonstrating new features during the system demos to key stakeholders
- Ability to navigate the customer pain points, extract user stories that will address the customer and market needs

- 2-3 years' experience as a Product Owner / Product Manager
- Experience with Agile methodology and tools including Confluence, JIRA
- Product Owner / Product Manager Certification is an asset
- Experience in delivering API products; affinity towards tech products and understanding API based products will be an added advantage
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Possess a fundamental understanding of end-to-end customer experience integration and dependencies
- Proven ability influencing and/or lead high performing teams.
- Passion for delivering features that are meaningful and drive customer value
- Have a software background and real-life experience within that space, preferably within the authentication space
- Ability to make decisions where required, without seeking approval
- Ability to read and interpret specifications and technical standards and regulations
- Willing to take initiative and ownership
