**Location**: Sector 49-50,near Golf Course Extension Road, rosewood City, Gurgaon (On-site)

**Working days & hours**: Monday
- Saturday & 10 AM - 7 PM (On Saturday permanent WFH)

**Experience**: 0-3 Years

**Industry Preference**: Travel Domain (Added Advantage)

**Role Description**:
We are looking for a Flight Booking Executive who will be responsible for handling domestic and international flight bookings, managing reschedules and cancellations, coordinating with airlines/vendors, and providing excellent customer support. You will play a key role in ensuring smooth travel experiences for our clients.

**Responsibilities**:
Book domestic and international flights accurately using GDS systems
Handle rescheduling, cancellations, and refunds in a timely manner
Coordinate with airlines and vendors for booking issues, fare updates, and special requests
Maintain accurate records and follow airline policies and procedures
Stay updated with routes, fares, airline rules, and travel guidelines

**Requirements**:
Hands-on experience with GDS/CRS systems like Amadeus, Galileo, etc.
Strong knowledge of travel routes, destinations, and airline policies
Familiarity with OTA portals like Akbar, TBO, My Partner, etc.
Excellent communication and multitasking abilities
Detail-oriented with a focus on customer satisfaction
Passionate about travel and delivering a great experience
