- Monitor and ensure rate parity across all platforms in alignment with the hotel's pricing strategy.
- Respond promptly to guest inquiries and reviews on OTA platforms, maintaining high guest satisfaction scores.
- Analyze OTA performance metrics (e.g., ADR, Occupancy, RevPAR) and provide actionable insights.
