We are seeking a friendly and professional **Customer Support Executive** with excellent English communication skills to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for handling both inbound and outbound calls, providing top-notch service to our customers.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Inbound Calls**: Answer customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide accurate product or service information.
- **Outbound Calls**: Follow up with customers, share promotions, collect feedback, or assist with service-related matters.
- **Problem Solving**: Address and resolve customer concerns in a timely and effective manner.
- **Customer Relations**: Build strong relationships with customers, ensuring satisfaction and loyalty.
- **Documentation**: Accurately record customer interactions and feedback in our CRM system.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with other teams to ensure seamless service delivery.

**Requirements**:

- Strong command of English (verbal and written)
- Prior customer support or call center experience (preferred)
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Basic computer proficiency
